Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is undergoing Roof Repair Project for the HOA Buildings. The project is scheduled to take place in two (2) phases – 1st phase begins mid-October 2022 through early 2023; the 2nd phase is scheduled to occur September – December 2023. We have been diligent in our planning to minimize any inconvenience for our Owners and Guests but please expect construction noise, scaffolding around the construction area and possible construction debris during the project. Our goal with any construction or renovation is to maintain the integrity of your home away from home with a high-quality improvements to enhance your overall experience at the resort for many years to come.
